  • Consultation forms are mandatory and must be completed during the consultation prior to treatment. This is for insurance purposes and for the safety of our clients.

  • Treatments that require a patch test ; Chemical Peels, Tinting , Resurfacers and  Lash Treatments ( Lvl Lash Lift and  Lash extensions ) .

  • A patch test must be carried out at Beauty By MBK at least 72 hours prior to your treatment. Please arrange this when you make your booking if your treatment requires a patch test.

  • Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last six months must have a repeat patch test before  treatment. 

  • Failure to have a patch test will result in the Salon being unable to carry out the treatment and a 100% cancellation policy will apply.

  • A non refundable deposit of £30 must be paid when booking appointments online.

  • All deposits are Non Refundable.

  • Deposits will be deducted from treatment cost on the day .

  • Beauty By MBK is strictly cash only. Transfers are not accepted. 

  • Please do not ring the doorbell on arrival, please kindly wait until we have finished with our previous client.

  • We do not take any responsibility for lateness and we kindly ask our clients to plan their journeys well in advance. Please Check your driving Route/ Train journey at least 48 hours prior to your treatment and allow yourself enough journey time.

  • Pregnant / Lactating women are unable to have any treatments which require a patch test. It is mandatory to complete a consultation form prior to your Treatment. 

  • Certain medical conditions and Pregnancy may be contraindication to a range of treatments. 

  • If you have an existing medical condition, please do not book online, before speaking directly to the salon, to determine if you can indeed book the treatment. Failure to confirm that the treatment required can be carried out with an existing medical condition may result in your appointment being cancelled.

  • Under 18's must attend with a parent or legal guardian - failure to do so will result in the loss of your appointment .

  • Males Clients must be chaperoned by a female.

  • Please ensure you have the correct amount as sometimes the till does not have change.

  • I am aware that under any circumstances if I am later than 10 minutes to my appointment that beauty by MBK has the right to automatically cancel my appointment this will also result in being turned away at the door for breaching the policy.

  • If I wish to re-book, I will need to re-book with a new deposit. I am aware that my deposit will be lost if I fail to reschedule less than 48 hours under any circumstances before my appointment and I will need to make a new booking with a new deposit.

  • To reschedule an appointment, you must contact us 48 hours Prior to your appointment. You can only reschedule your appointment once and it must be within the same month as your appointment. For any rescheduling please send us a direct message as soon as possible, we cannot transfer your booking to the next month under any circumstances.

  • Lipofirm courses- If you wish to reschedule or cancel and appointment this must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any less than 48 hours you will lose your session.

  • I am aware that if I attend my appointment without cash or if I breach any other policy, I will have to make a new booking and this will result in a loss of my deposit. I am aware that if I do not attend an appointment and I do not give any notice that I will be banned from making future bookings until I have payed what was due at my original booking.

  • All information regarding the address of beauty by MBK and the contact information will be in your email confirmation and your text reminder, we kindly ask you allow enough time for your journey to arrive on time to your appointment.

  • The text reminder is an automated message so please do not message as the message will bounce back. To contact us please DM us or email as, we are unable to take phone calls as we are busy with clients so please leave a message if you have an enquiry and we will get back to you ASAP. With the automated text from acuity is there any way of adding my address, email and Instagram on there if they need to contact me?
